• Do not use scripts, bots, or multiple addresses to get around the limits or to send requests automatically.

Your responsibilities

• Only request transcripts of videos you are allowed to view, and follow the terms of the platform the video comes from.
• The words in a video belong to the person who made it. You are responsible for how you use a transcript, including getting permission before you republish someone else's content.
• Do not use the service for anything illegal, harmful, or abusive.

Accuracy

Transcripts come from captions generated by the video platform. They can contain mistakes, and some videos have no captions at all. Check the text before relying on it.

ScribeShort is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, or their parent companies. Their names are used only to describe what the tools do.

No warranty and limitation of liability

The service is provided without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, ScribeShort is not liable for any loss or damage that results from using, or being unable to use, the service or any transcript it produces.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
